7 Day Sadhana Challenge

Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice (non religious/non denominational) If you are someone who struggles with organised religion but longs for a greater presence in the moment, and a deeper connection with others and yourself, this is the practice for you. It doesn't have to take too much time out of your day, nor are there any hard or fast 'rules' for getting it 'right.' Watch the video on 'Introduction to Sadhana' for some more information if you're interested in trying out the 7 Day Challenge! You can choose from the 3 minute, 5 minute or 10 minute practice, to start off the day with a felt experience of something comfortingly Universal, Timeless and Unchanging.
